The Team Leader’s role is essential to produce quality products and service to our customers. Team Leaders are certified at every station and can help teach these skills to their team members.  Your goal is to ensure the absolute best customer experience through leading by example and showing your team how to provide quality products in a timely manner through proven processes.  As you grow, you may be asked to lead shifts and participate in a leadership development program.

Job Summary

As a Team Leader, you will work to bring out the best in each individual on your team. In doing so, you'll ensure a world class experience for our customers every time they dine with us.  As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to push your own skills so your career can grow with us.

Responsibilities 

  •  Provides prompt, friendly, courteous service in all customer interactions
  •  Establishes and maintains positive, professional, and effective working relationships
  • Leads Team Members by example and completes daily work with a sense of urgency
  •  Adheres to food safety procedures to insure proper sanitation and cleanliness standards
  •  Food preparation and delivery- prepare high quality, fresh, and delicious meals

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
